Oat and Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

  • * 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • * 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • * 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • * 1 egg
  • * 60 ml pure pumpkin puree
  • * 5 ml pure vanilla extract
  • * 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • * 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • * 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • * 1/3 cup Unleash’d Organic organic pumpkin seed powder
  • * 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • * 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Steps

  1. First, mix the first six ingredients with a high-speed mixer. Then add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate pieces) and stir until well combined.
  2. Add the chocolate pieces and mix the dough evenly by hand. You can make about 24 cookies.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 13 - 15 minutes.

Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Tea

Ingredients

  • * Honey
  • * Unleash’d Organic organic ginkgo biloba leaf powder

Steps

  1. Add hot water to a portion of Unleash'd Organic organic ginkgo biloba leaf powder.
  2. Add honey according to your preference and stir to dissolve the powder. Consume it daily to improve cognitive function!

Milk Thistle and Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients

  • * 1 cup unsweetened oat milk, nut milk or your favorite milk
  • * 1 teaspoon Unleash’d Organic organic milk thistle powder
  • * 1/2 teaspoon Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • * 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar, or more to taste
  • * Cinnamon

Steps

  1. Stir the milk thistle powder into the milk. Add a standard milk frother, stir and heat it.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and top with a cinnamon stick for flavor and decoration.

Beetroot and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • * 1 banana, sliced and set aside
  • * 1/3 cup pineapple chunks
  • * 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • * 1 teaspoon Unleash’d Organic organic beetroot powder
  • * 10 ounces coconut water
  • * 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Steps

  1. First, add the fruits to the blender. Then add the beetroot powder and chia seeds.
  2. Finally, add the coconut water. Blend it until smooth, and then garnish with fresh mint before serving.

Hawthorn Berry Yogurt

Ingredients

  • * Greek yogurt
  • * Fresh berries
  • * 2 teaspoons Unleash’d Organic organic hawthorn juice powder

Steps

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of organic hawthorn juice powder to 8 ounces of fat-free Greek yogurt (or other non-dairy yogurt of your choice).
  2. Stir until the powder is dissolved. You can add an appropriate amount of fresh berries and enjoy a sugar-free and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • * Greek yogurt
  • * Cereal
  • * Fresh berries

Steps

  1. Choose any yogurt you like, including non-dairy coconut yogurt or traditional Greek yogurt.
  2. Add berries and a serving of your favorite cereal. Finally, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of Unleash’d Organic organic mulberry juice powder!

Pumpkin Seed and Zucchini Smoothie

Ingredients

  • * 1 cup almond milk (can be replaced with water or your favorite milk)
  • * 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • * 1 small banana (cut into pieces and set aside)
  • * 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • * 1 serving of Unleash’d Organic organic pumpkin seed powder
  • * 1 teaspoon date syrup
  • * A portion of fresh spinach

Steps

  1. Add the zucchini, banana, spinach, nut butter, date syrup and organic pumpkin seed powder to the blender.
  2. Then add the liquid and blend until the desired consistency is reached for consumption.

Spirulina Smoothie

Ingredients

  • * 8 to 10 ounces of plant-based milk
  • * 1 medium banana, cut into pieces and set aside
  • * 1/2 cup mango or pineapple chunks
  • * 1/2 of a ripe avocado
  • * 1/2 cup spinach
  • * 1 teaspoon Unleash’d Organic organic spirulina powder
  • * 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • * 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or other desired sweetener)
  • * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps

  1. In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients in the order mentioned above and blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. (To add protein to this smoothie, try adding Unleash’d Organic organic pumpkin seed powder)

Healthy Mushroom Stew with Beef

Ingredients

  • * 1 pound of beef tenderloin cubes
  • * 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • * Salt and pepper
  • * Side dishes: onions, diced carrots, mushrooms, potatoes

Steps

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a soup pot. Add 1 pound of beef tenderloin cubes, season with salt and pepper, and lightly dust with flour. Fry the beef tenderloin over medium heat until golden brown, then take it out.
  2. Sauté the chopped onions, diced carrots, mushrooms and potatoes together. When the onions are soft, add an equal amount of beef broth or water to cover the stewed ingredients. Add 4 tablespoons of Unleash’d Organic organic oyster mushroom powder and 4 tablespoons of Unleash’d Organic organic broccoli powder.
  3. Add a bay leaf and 1/2 tablespoon of thyme. Simmer for 30 - 40 minutes until the potatoes are soft, and then you can enjoy it!

Pumpkin Seed and Zucchini Bread

Ingredients Preparation

  • * 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
  • * 1/2 cup unsweetened milk
  • * 6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • * 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • * 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • * 1 tablespoon maple syrup or confectionery sweetener
  • * 2 eggs
  • * 2 tablespoons butter
  • * 1 cup oat flour
  • * 1 serving of Unleash’d Organic organic pumpkin seed powder
  • * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • * 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • * 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

Steps

  1. Use a bread machine to mix all the ingredients and knead them into a dough. Divide it into appropriate sizes and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
